Concerto Contact Center, member of Satisfactory Group, is looking for Full-Time English & Dutch speaker Inbound Call Center Agents to join the Customer Care team.
You will assist customers via phone and via e-mail with concerns regarding customer account, payments, shipping, return requests and provide general information.

Job Requirements

Location Rome (Eur Montagnola) Milan (Bicocca)
You will be asked to work from the office Monday to Friday (Dutch public holidays excluded), from 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm. After the training period, you may partially work remotely.
